There are plenty of activities to suit you from Bootcamps, Xpress circuits, Xpress boxing, and Cycle bikes.

Looking to bond with family? Join our Mums & Daughters boxing session every Thursday and make fun memories together! It’s a great way to stay active, have fun, and strengthen your family connection.
