What We Do

Transform your fitness goals into reality with Misfit PT & Fitness!  I specialise in delivering personalised fitness programs that fit your lifestyle and needs.

MissFit gym services include Personal Training, Group Sessions (Boxing, Bodypump, Beat Pilates), Bootcamp’s, Sports Specific Strength Training, Injury Rehabilitation & Reformer Pilates. Mary also covers soccer pre-fitness, teenage sport, and pre and post pregnancy fitness.

Mary is an exceptional personal trainer. She always brings positive energy to every session. Whether it's a 1-on-1 class or a group workout, Mary ensures that every workout is fun and engaging. I have been going to Mary's Bootcamp classes for 3 years averaging 3-4 classes a week. Mary provides a safe and fun environment. She is very knowledgeable and is constantly changing her exercises from class to class. No class is ever the same and they are never boring. Her setup is impressive and caters to all levels. Mary is always encouraging us to go heavier in weights knowing we are capable. Most important is i have seen results and I'm a stronger version of myself.Thank you Mary x

I’ve been attending the morning sessions with Mary for a while now. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a variety of fun and engaging exercises. I’m enjoying it because:• The group is tight-knit, making it a great environment to work out in• Mary is amazing at keeping things fresh and not repetitive• She tailors the workouts to suit your level, so you always feel challenged but not overwhelmed.I also gave the PT sessions a try and thoroughly enjoyed them. Mary is excellent at adapting the exercises to your level while also motivating you to go beyond your comfort zone!
